Terms of Service

We, The Artist, retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason

By commissioning the Artist, you confirm that you are a legal adult (18+), have read AND agree to these terms of service.

Non-consensual interactions (includes bestiality and underage nsfw)
Scat, urination, vomit, excessive blood
Violence/gore is case by case basis
Content or characters promoting hateful targeting of minority groups, and / or spreading a message of hate towards individuals or groups of people on a basis of things including but not limited to: Skin color, ability, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, biological sex, religion, etc.
characters from third-party IPs / characters you do not own (written permission is acceptable)
Sexual interactions, nudity is okay - Quill only

Process and Timing

Throughout the process, we will send progress images for you to review and comment.

This is your chance to make any changes, please don’t hesitate!

We want to create work that you enjoy! Work will not proceed to the next stage until you approve.

Big changes like poses should be made at the sketch phase, with smaller changes permitted at the remaining steps.

Typical work in progress pictures:
- Rough sketch
- Line art
- Flat color
- Rendered
After the final artwork is delivered, only small tweaks will be made.
Any major changes at this point would indicate a significant scope of work change at your direction. Fees for additional services will be negotiated for major changes to the work after the final artwork is delivered.
From start of work to finish, most commissions are completed within 2-10 weeks. This does not include queue time or Client delays in approval of progress images. Should there be a delay the Artist will contact the Client with updates.
Deliverables depend on the commission, see prices for service examples. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Invoices will be sent via Paypal.
All prices are listed in USD (Paypal handles any currency conversion)
Pricing will be quoted based on your request; pricing is subject to variation depending on complexity.
Work will not begin until full payment is received up front. Commissions above $200 can be paid with a payment plan to be agreed upon before commencing work.
Payment must be received within 72 hours of when the invoice is sent or the invoice will be cancelled and your commission removed.
Tips are not required, but always appreciated! Tipping is available from the invoice or Ko-fi.

Both us and you each reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point, for any reason.
A full refund will only be provided if no work has been done on the commission.
After work has commenced, a partial refund will be provided relative to the percentage of work completed.
If the commission is completed and delivered, the legal contract between artist and client has been concluded and no refund will be issued.

Art may be used for:
- personal use, including
  - social media profile pictures and banners
  - online galleries
  - printing for personal use (Please provide credit when posting online.)
Art may NOT be used for:
- NFTs
- AI image generation
- Commercial use (unless The Artist gives express written consent)
The rights to the character depicted will stay with their respective owners.
The Artist will not retain rights to the character depicted unless it is my own original creation.
The Artist, unless otherwise specified, retains rights to the artwork, this includes:
- display the image in a portfolio
- displaying in online platforms
- commercial purposes such as selling prints
- Stream progress of work thru online streaming platforms
